Samsung launched two other 4G enabled smartphones.

Facing growing competition from brands like Micromax and Xiaomi, Samsung on Monday launched the Galaxy J1 4G — to be priced at Rs 9,900 in India — as the Korean electronics giant looks to protect its turf in one of the world’s fastest growing smartphone markets.

It launched two other 4G enabled smartphones — Galaxy Grand Prime 4G and the Galaxy Core Prime 4G. Samsung also unveiled its slimmest Galaxy handset — the Galaxy A7, priced at Rs 30,499.

Samsung's ChatOn messagingservice is shutting down next year.

Looks like Samsung's ChatOn messaging service is shutting down next year.
It's worth pointing out that the service faced stiff competition from the likes of WhatsApp, Line and WeChat which claim to have a considerably bigger active user base.WhatsApp claimed to have 600 million active users in August and is reportedly the biggest among all services.

Apple Watch will be launched globally in early 2015 and there is no further update.

As per estimates, the price of the Apple Watch will be about Rs 28,000-35,000, which will be more than the cost of wearable products sold by rivals Samsung and Sony.

The device will be compatible with the iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6 and 6 Plus, which run the latest operating system.
